Tipline language

To add languages to your tiplines and reports, you must first add languages to your workspace.

  1. Navigate to your workspace settings and click "Languages" in the top bar.

  2. Click "New Language" to add a new language.

To set a language as the default:

  1. Click the three vertical dots next to the language you want to set as default.

  2. Select "Make default".

To delete a language:

  1. Click the three vertical dots next to the language you want to delete.

  2. Select "Delete".

Notes:

  • Ensure all status languages are translated before changing the default language.

  • Deleting a language permanently removes all associated tipline, status, and report content. Future tipline reports will be sent in the default language.

Interface language

The interface language is determined by your browser language settings. Changing the default language in your browser will change the Check interface language.

Note: The interface language is separate from the tipline language. Changing the tipline language will not affect your Check interface language.
