Use Check’s link shortening and analytics tool to make links more readable and track readership. Link shortening must be enabled to use RSS feeds in newsletters.
When link shortening is turned on, the link https://www.example.com/your-link might become https://chck.media/x1y2z3w4/.
Enable or disable link shortening
To turn on or off link shortening:
Navigate to the Workspace settings page.
Click the Enable link shortening and analytics button.
Click Update.
Enable analytics with UTM codes
Use UTM codes to gather analytics about links you send to tipline users and newsletter subscribers on Check. UTM codes help track what sources drive traffic to your website. Learn more about UTM codes.
To enable analytics:
Turn link shortening on.
Paste a UTM code into the UTM code field.
Click Update.
