Navigate to the settings and click the Data tab. If more than one tipline messaging service is connected, select which one you'd like to see the data. Same for multilingual tiplines, select the language you'd like to view.

What type of information is available?

  1. WhatsApp Conversation data - displayed on the first three columns on the data dashboard, this data point is directly updated from the WhatsApp Admin Interface via API. Conversations are either business or service (tipline user) initiated. Learn more about WhatsApp conversation data.

  2. Unique users* - The number of individual users who interacted with the tipline over a month.

  3. Returning users* - The number of unique users who had at least one session in the current month and at least one session in the last previous 2 months.

  4. Published reports* - The number of imported fact-check articles and reports that were created within Check.

  5. Positive searches* - The number of user searches that returned at least one tipline search result.

    • A more detailed view of positive search results is shown in the Positive and Negative feedback columns, indicating whether tipline users responded positively or negatively to the feedback prompt.

  6. Negative searches* - The number of user searches that did not return a report.

  7. Reports sent to users* - The number of reports sent as a response to user requests.

  8. Unique users who received a report* - The number of unique users who received an individual report.

  9. Average (median) response time* - The average time between submitting a query and receiving a report. Note: this is the average median time and not the average time.

  10. Current subscribers* - The current number of newsletter subscribers.

  11. Unique newsletters sent* - The number of newsletters sent within the month.

  12. Total newsletter sent* - The total number of newsletters sent to subscribers. Note: this is calculated cumulatively within the month.

  13. Total newsletters delivered* - The number of newsletters successfully delivered to subscribers, accounting for user errors.

  14. Newsletter subscriptions* - The number of new newsletter subscriptions within the month.

  15. Newsletter cancellations* - The number of users who unsubscribed to the newsletter.

Note: "*" denotes that the data is segmented by language on multilingual tiplines.

On the top bar, right next to Tipline engagement data, you can change the language option from the language drop-down menu to view the data for different languages.

In the header, click Download CSV, to download the data.
