Updated over a year ago

Disable workflow-related notifications

By default, Check emails users when they’ve been assigned an item. To disable this type of workflow-related notification:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by clicking the profile image in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Click on the pencil icon next to your name.

  3. Unclick Receive email notifications.

  4. Click Save.

Configure security-related notifications

Check sends two types of security-related email notifications: Check sends an email when someone has logged in to your account from a new location or device and when it has detected four consecutive failed login attempts. To configure these email notifications:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by clicking the profile image in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Click on the Security tab.

  3. Configure your email settings under the Notification pane.

Note: If you see any unusual activity, you can reset your password from the link you receive in the email alert.
