If you encounter a bug when using Check, please report the bug to us so we can assist you with the problem and fix it as soon as possible. 

Submitting a bug report

1. For the fastest response, send us a message by starting a New conversation through the help menu. 

You can reach this menu by clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen when you are in your Check workspace:

You can also file a bug report by emailing us at hello@meedan.com.

2. Send us a description of the bug, a screenshot, and a link to the page or media item where you encountered the bug. Details that will help us identify the bug and what is causing it include:

  • A step-by-step description of how the bug is happening in your workspace

  • What you were doing in Check when it happened

  • Indicating if it has happened multiple times

  • For advanced users: send us a screenshot or copy-paste the text in the console logging the errors (for instructions, read Accessing the browser console log to report a bug)

We will reply with any follow-up questions or help you with problems you are encountering as a result of the bug.
